Yuck

I just want to apologize to everyone I owe e-mails or phone calls to.  I have been sick for about a week, and the last three days have been all about the nausea and the throwing up.  This evening is the first time I've kept anything down for longer than an hour, and I'm feeling very washed out.

I'll be back to normal soon - promise.
