Sorry - I've been a bit uncommunicative.  Three weeks of panic attacks, pain, and sick will do that to a girl.

I think I'm allergic to fish oil pills, too - I thought they might help me have more energy, but I just got migraines (they're almost impossible for me to swallow, too - sensitive gag reflex).  I hope this ends soon.

I will be at KA&S Saturday - I'm just going to cruise around.  If anyone wants to chat with me (I know a couple who might), come find me, even if I'm in the middle of a conversation, and I'll make time for you.  Seriously.  9 times out of 10, I'm just idly chatting, not deep in something important.

I want to feel better so badly - I'm going crazy on the couch, but as soon as I try to do something, I either get panicky or want to pass out from the tired.  This sucks.

Anyway.  KA&S.  Saturday.  See you guys there.

have you tried B-complex supplements for more energy? They are what works best for me for that. They actually work so well for me that I cannot take them at bedtime with the rest of my vitamins or I'll wake up in the middle of the night. There is also a tea, Celestial Seasonings Ginsing Energy Tea that has B-vitamins & Ginsing (and no caffine :) that with a dollop of honey is both tasty and effective. I was introduced to it by a companion on a 16 hour drive to Gulf Wars after both putting in a full day at school/work. I was amazed that we both made it without needing a nap (of course, this was also back when I was both very young and not properly diagnosed & medicated, and I have no idea how much mania figured into that, but it still helps give me energy now that I'm better balanced) It can be hard to find as it is often in the "natural" or "ethnic" section of the grocery store rather than being with the other teas.
